Skinny: Bundy turned out his worst performance of the year last night, surrendering four runs on five hits in 3 2/3 innings. He walked two and struck out five in the loss, while throwing 47 strikes on 84 pitches. Since being called up to High-A Frederick, Bundy is 2-2 with a 4.34 ERA and opposing batters are hitting .261 against the righty.

Skinny: Despite hitting just .209 in his last 10 games, Machado is currently riding a five-game hitting streak. During that time he's recorded seven hits, two of them doubles, walked twice and stole two bases. In Thursday night's 2-0 win over Portland, Machado drove in the second of two Baysox runs on a line-drive base hit to center.

Skinny: Schoop caught fire this past week and has registered at least one hit in his last six games. He has reached base safely in nine of his last 10 games, as well. Schoop is hitting .291 in the last seven days and also drove in three runs during the span. He drove in two runs in Bowie's 11-6 win over Portland Tuesday.
2012 stats: 2-4, 5.98 ERA, 55 hits, 28 BBs, 33 Ks in 52.2 IP
Skinny: After surrendering nine runs in 3 1/3 innings June 3, Bridwell bounced back seven days later with five strong innings in which he gave up two runs on three hits. He struck out and walked a pair of batters, as well. Bridwell has given up more than three runs in a start just twice in his last seven appearances, but control continues to be somewhat of an issue for the 6-foot-4 righthander. He has walked 13 batters and struck out just seven in his last three starts.

Skinny: Hoes hasn't been able to produce consistently at the plate since being called up to Norfolk. He is hitting just .157 for the Tides and .111 over his last 10 games. In Thursday night's win over Toledo, Hoes went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored to lead Norfolk to a 3-2 victory. He has a hit in his last three contests.

Skinny: Delmonico continues to produce for the Shorebirds. The infielder hit .285 this past week, drove in seven runs and scored four more. Delmonico drove in the game-winning run in the top of the 11th inning in Delmarva's 6-4 win against Lakewood Monday night. In a 13-1 win over the same team Saturday, he accounted for seven of his squad's runs, driving in three and scoring four. He leads the Shorebirds in total bases, RBIs, extra base hits and is tied for first in home runs.

Skinny: Flaherty continues to see time for the Orioles and has made the most of the opportunity. He is 6-for-21 with two runs scored and two RBIs in his last 10 appearances and has seen his average climb from .154 to .186.

Skinny: Esposito had a pair of three-hit game last week, also driving in seven runs and scoring five in that span. He drove in a pair of runs and scored another in Delmarva's 6-4 win over Kannapolis Thursday night. In the last seven days, Esposito is hitting .320.

Skinny: Avery has gone cold in his last 10 appearances, especially in his last five, where he's gone just 2-for-17. Since June 3, the center fielder is hitting .184 for Norfolk with no extra base hits and three RBIs.
