It is a dessert pizza made with a sugar cookie crust. The "sauce" is made from melted butter and melted pink Peeps, and the "cheese" is made from yellow Peeps. There are also slices of "Peep-a-roni" made from pink Peeps. Ingredients: 8 pink chick Peeps (plus excess sugar from the candy in the box) 4 yellow chick Peeps 2 tablespoons butter one package of sugar cookie dough Preheat oven 350 degrees. Make cookie dough. We used Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix for this, but you can use your favorite recipe. Shape into a flat circle and place on a baking sheet. In the meantime, melt two tablespoons of butter in a saucepan on low heat and add in five pink chick Peeps. Stir until melted. Pour melted pink Peep mixture onto middle of the cookie dough circle, leaving enough room to fold crust around edges (about a half inch around). Fold dough toward center so pink mixture does not overflow. Sprinkle excess Peep sugar around edge of dough. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes. While baking, slice 3 yellow Peeps into small slices to look like cheese and slice the bottom of two pink Peeps into small pepperoni-looking circles. When done baking, let cool for about five minutes and then sprinkle yellow Peep "cheese" and lay slices of pink "pepperoni" on top. Put one pink Peep and one yellow peep in the center. When completely cool, slice into pieces and enjoy.
