Peepernutter and Jelly Cocktail

2 ounces Castries peanut rum creme liqueur 1 ounce Chambord 2 ounces half & half 4 Peeps, divided 1 graham cracker, crushed Place crushed graham crackers in a wide shallow bowl. In another bowl, melt 2 of the Peeps in the microwave for 10 seconds. Stir until smooth. Dip the rims of martini glasses in the melted Peeps, then in graham cracker crumbs. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add peanut creme, chambord, and half & half. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour evenly into prepared glasses. Garnish rims with remaining Peeps by cutting a slit in the bottoms with scissors. Makes 2 cocktails.
