The 28th collaboration between Johnny Depp and director Tim Burton is an adaptation of the before-our-time supernatural TV soap of the same name. Depp stars as Barnabas Collins, who is turned into a vampire in the 1700s, imprisoned by a witch (stay with us) and released in 1972 when he reunites with his ancestral clan (which includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Johnny Lee Miller and Chloe Grace Moretz). Most awkward family reunion ever. Our excitement level: 8. Fans of ¿Dark Shadows¿ have taken to the interwebs to scold Burton's more irreverent take on the story, but as we have no ¿Dark Shadows¿ memories (Depp was a huge fan growing up), we, honestly, don't care about that.
