The Ravens got down to the
Suggs partially tore his right Achilles tendon in late April and is out indefinitely, but is holding out hope of returning at some point this season. Reed is recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered last December.
Players on the PUP list are eligible to start practicing by the sixth game of the season and can practice for up to three weeks before being designated to the active roster, injured reserve or being waived.
Suggs isn't giving up on a late-season return after undergoing surgery in early May. He's been doing rehabilitation exercises for months and is walking without a limp.

McBean and Cook have undergone surgeries to repair the damage to their preseason injuries.
The Ravens have until Friday at 9 p.m. to reduce their roster to the league limit of 53 players.
