WORST PERSONNEL DECISION

Not being able to retain Pro Bowl left guard Ben Grubbs, pictured, who signed a $36 million contract with the New Orleans Saints. Grubbs would have been expensive, yes, but left guard has been a problem area ever since his departure. Honorable mention: Without outside linebacker Jarret Johnson, who signed a $19 million contract with the San Diego Chargers, the Ravens aren't nearly as physical at stopping the run and have lost a valuable leader in the locker room and on the field.
