Wide receiver Taivon Jacobs flipped his commitment from
Jacobs, the younger brother of Terps sophomore wide receiver Levern Jacobs, is rated a three-star prospect, the No. 52 wide receiver and the No. 12 player in Maryland, according to Rivals.com. He originally committed to the Buckeyes over offers from Florida State, Michigan State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Pittsburgh and several others.
Ngakoue committed to the Terps over the summer but backed out of his pledge in the fall. He picked the Terps this time around over offers from Florida State and South Carolina. Rivals.com ranks Ngakoue a four-star prospect, the No. 1 player in D.C., the No. 4 outside linebacker nationally and the No. 88 player overall.
