Workers’ Compensation

Fighting for the Rights and Dignity of Injured Workers and Their Families for over 40 Years

As one of the premier Workers’ Compensation law firms in the region, Hinden & Breslavsky serves as a powerful ally for injured and disabled workers throughout California. From its office location in central Los Angeles, to its diverse staff of 90 members who represent cultures from 14 different countries, Hinden & Breslavsky caters to and reflects the clientele that it represents.

This is exemplified by its newest partner, Paulina Ozeda. As the first Latina partner in this leading Southern California firm, Paulina exemplifies another “first” that so many minority families are experiencing today. The first in her family to graduate from college; the first to get a post-graduate degree; and now the first Latina to join the partnership in this premier firm, she embodies the American Dream and leads by example that hard work, education and determination still open doors (and break ceilings).

“When my partnership was announced at our firm’s holiday party last December, it was so touching to hear the excitement and feel the enthusiasm from our staff,” Paulina noted. “I’m so thankful to be an example and hope to show others that we truly can reach our goals if we’re willing to put the time and effort into it.”

Ms. Ozeda is joined by partner Diana Marsteiner, five female associate attorneys, and four female hearing representatives, along with a management team of eight women who head each of the departments in the office. “It feels great to be part of a firm that opens doors, trains and supports us to be the best team in the business; doing a job we all feel passionate about - fighting for the injured worker.”

Hinden & Breslavsky’s leadership extends beyond the courtroom, providing education through hundreds of seminars and publications on Workers’ Compensation, as well as championing legislation in Sacramento to ensure the rights and dignity of injured workers across California.
