The Hahn Legal Group APC
Insurance, Business Litigation and Education Law
An experienced litigator, Adrienne Hahn has handled hundreds of cases over her more than 20-year career, vigorously advancing the interests of her clients without the needless aggression that often characterizes the practice of high-stakes trial lawyers.
"As a woman who has worked primarily in the male-dominated field of insurance defense, I've found that some people believe female litigators are not strong enough to take on these cases," Hahn says. "But I've proven through my practice that you can be strong and assertive without yelling and pounding your chest, and that in fact there are better ways to handle these matters and get the job done."
Hahn has successfully defended countless clients in premises liability, personal injury, and construction matters where millions of dollars were at stake. She also represents clients ranging from preschool students to surgical residents in the area of education law, and handles business litigation on behalf of smaller corporate, partnership, or individual business entities.
In 2011, Hahn founded her own firm, the Hahn Legal Group APC, which offers clients the advantages of a diverse and talented five-lawyer team. (Hahn herself is the daughter of Argentine immigrants, and is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients.) "Coming from a large firm, I've appreciated starting a boutique practice because we're able to offer effective, cost-efficient representation along with timely, individualized service," Hahn says. "Not to mention, being a full-time lawyer and business owner has really provided me with additional insight into my business clients' matters."
Beyond her practice, Hahn served for many years as a board member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and its Foundation, where she was involved in running the WLALA Domestic Violence Project. Recognizing her expertise, Hahn has earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®—the organization's highest honor for legal ability and ethical standards.
