Jimmy's Famous Seafood (pictured) might be known for its phenomenal crab cakes, but not a lot of folks know that the daily happy hour (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) is incredibly cheap. With tablecloths and tiled floors, Jimmy's has a fine-dining atmosphere -- but the bar area is fairly low key. They have $1 beers and $5 martinis, and half-price appetizers and burgers are a great way to kick off your cheap weekend. A neighborhood favorite in Fells Point, Spirits Tavern has one of the greatest ways to drink booze on the cheap, known fondly as the Tub O' Fun. For $1.50, the bartender reaches into an ice-filled bucket -- the namesake Tub -- and grabs a random beer. Customers can guess which beer has been drawn, and if they're right, they win a free shooter. Also be sure to enjoy Spirits' free pool table, darts and other bar games. It's not just a great haunt, its also rumored to be haunted. By ghosts. See what I did there?
