$10, served at the Food Market Meatballs are having a moment this year. Playing to the crowd, chef Chad Gauss came up with the 36th Street Meat -- turducken meatballs, battered and fried, served in pork bone gravy. That's four kinds of meat on one plate. The duck is rich, but the turkey and chicken are lean. Altogether, it's a mouthful.
