Primary muscles worked: Partner doing presses: shoulders (deltoids); Partner giving resistance: chest and arms (pectoralis, triceps) How to execute: Partner A stands behind partner B, who is kneeling. Both partners are facing the same direction. Partner B makes a fist in both hands and brings the upper arms parallel to the floor with the lower arms perpendicular to the upper arms, forming 90-degree angles. Partner A places her palms on each hand of partner B. Partner B presses her hands into partner A¿s while partner A creates resistance by pressing down. Partner B brings arms all the way up then back down to 90 degrees. Partner A gives resistance for both the up and down motion of the arms. Tips: Don't resist to the point that your partner can't complete the exercise. Give enough resistance so that your partner can do the exercise but feels a burn in the shoulders.
