Roswell Encina showed us that working in a library doesn't translate to drab style. When we spotted the director of communications for Enoch Pratt Free Library at work, we were impressed with his ability to pull out all the stops with his ensemble while maintaining a cohesive, classic look. The end result is what the 42-year-old Fells Point resident strives for. "My sense of style is classic and modern. Refined with free spirit. Hard with soft," he explained. His blue suede Ted Baker shoes were fantastic. He added a little pizazz with his patterned socks by Happy Socks, which he received as a Christmas gift. His Penguin bow tie was also given to him as a Christmas gift. His blazer and slacks from the Hugo Boss store in Tyson's Corner were punched up with a small gingham shirt from Banana Republic, and a similar patterned gingham pocket square by Ivy Prepster from Sixteen Tons. His belt was from J. Crew. "Good fit and age-appropriateness are the key to great style," he said.
