Police said witnesses told them the man drove away in a green Acura SUV and provided a tag number. A
The police chase ended when the vehicle struck a building on the 1700 block of Fulton Avenue, and the driver fled on foot, police said. The state trooper and Baltimore City police officers apprehended the man and turned him over to Arundel police.
