Christopher Cummings, 20, who had just completed his junior year at Old Dominion University, was shot to death in the house where he lived with other students near the Norfolk, Va., campus.

A housemate was critically wounded in the attack. Police have not identified a suspect or a motive.

A wake is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Victory Prayer Chapel at 4848 Reisterstown Road, followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. The congressman said he would eulogize his nephew at the funeral.
