The Maryland Transit Administration is advising MARC train passengers traveling between Baltimore and Washington that there may be delays of 5 to 10 minutes Thursday, due to slippery conditions on the tracks. The MTA is also warning light rail patrons to expect minor delays Thursday in both directions between North Avenue and Hunt Valley.
Amtrak is operating modified Northeast Regional service from Newark, N.J., to points south, including Baltimore Penn Station and Baltimore BWI Thurgood Marshall station. There is no Amtrak service to New York Penn Station from the north or the south.
