Runner-up was Steve Sattler for his picture of a frog on an outdoor Lily. "There were a lot of pretty pink flower photographs in this category. This image stood out because the frog added an additional element that draws the viewer's eye. I also like the fact that the photographer used a tripod to take the picture. This gave him greater control of the depth of focus."
