The senior hit a 50-yard field goal as time expired to give the Gators a 31-28 victory over Hereford, their first win over the Bulls in four years. Myers had not kicked in two weeks after suffering a
injury, but with his backup struggling, he also kicked three extra points before hitting the game-winner. Also a linebacker, he had 21 tackles, including nine solo tackles in the season finale for the Gators (6-4). In seven games, Myers was 2-for-3 on field goals, also kicking a 37-yarder. He hit 24 of 27 extra points, and 25 of his 31 kickoffs were touchbacks. He also had 121 tackles, a sack and an interception and ran 39 times for 279 yards and five touchdowns. Myers has a 3.6 GPA and hopes to play football in college.
