Citrus growers pin hopes on imported wasp to save their orchards

UC Riverside researchers are releasing a wasp imported from Pakistan to help beat back the Asian citrus psyllid population in California. The psyllid, which helps spread a citrus-killing disease, is a threat to the state's $3-billion citrus industry.
