Hyundai Veloster Turbo interior( Hyundai )
The 2013 Veloster Turbo's newfound power comes from a twin-scroll turbocharger and the same 1.6-liter engine found on other Velosters. Horsepower jumps from 138 to 201 while torque goes from 123 pound-feet to 195-pound feet. A six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic will be available. Hyundai says the dual-clutch transmission on naturally aspirated Velosters won't be available on the Turbo because of the increased torque output.
