Several staff members at Innovative Inc. in Hagerstown recently completed additional certifications and other honors:
Jason Rappaport, president/chief executive officer, and Jeremy Downie, sales manager, recently received their recertifications for LifeSize Video Conferencing.
Alex Samuel, network engineer, and Tyler Snyder, technical operations manager, recently received their Barracuda certification. The course covered topics that include design and evaluation of deployment scenarios; installation and configuration of the Barracuda spam and virus firewall; best practices and optimal policies; ongoing maintenance and monitoring; planning for expansion and ongoing growth; and working with Barracuda Networks support tools. Snyder also recently renewed his Cisco Express Foundation for Field Engineers certification for the third time.
Richard Hinsley, systems technician, recently received a LifeSize Technical Support Certification and Allworx Phone Technical Certification, and is now an official Microsoft Certified Professional. He also received his Certified Cisco Network Associate designation.
Corey Ridge, systems technician, recently passed his Allworx Technical Exam. Allworx is one of the phone systems with which Innovative Inc. partners.
Adam Warner, systems technician, recently passed his Apple Certified Support Professional 10.8 exam and his Apple Certified Associate.
Brad Steshoski, system engineer, recently passed his Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices exam.
Carrie Mahoney, sales account executive, recently received her certifications in Microsoft Sales Specialist Server Platform accreditation, Sales Specialist Exchange accreditation and Sales Specialist Midmarket Solution Provider accreditation. She also recently was inducted into the Williamsport Rotary.

Cheeatow & Lobley LLC
Local attorneys Andrea Cheeatow and Victoria Lobley recently opened a law practice in downtown Hagerstown.
Cheeatow & Lobley LLC is at 111 W. Washington St., next to Discovery Station in what was formerly the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce building.
Their practice focuses on family law matters such as divorce, custody and visitation, as well as criminal defense matters, such as DUI/DWI, misdemeanors and felony charges. The majority of their cases are in the district and circuit courts of Washington County.
Cheeatow and Lobley are former assistant public defenders who represented the indigent citizens of Washington County in district and circuit courts. Several years ago, they left the Office of the Public Defender to pursue private practice with firms in Washington County.
During those years, they successfully litigated numerous felonies, misdemeanors and traffic cases. They also gained experience in divorce and custody litigation, wills and estates, and other related civil matters.
Cheeatow earned her Bachelors of Arts from Drew University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2004 and the Maryland Bar in 2006.
Lobley earned her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Maryland, her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and her Master of Law from Georgetown University School of Law. While attending law school, she served as articles editor for the University of Baltimore School of Law’s Law Review. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2002.
