Auto Insurers File Suit Over New Risk-Assessment Rules

SACRAMENTO -- The auto insurance industry fought back Thursday against Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi, challenging in court new state regulations outlawing auto insurance rates based primarily on where a driver lives.
