Hannibal Steel in Vernon is a fabricator of steel tubing that winds up as the mufflers on Harley Davidson motorcycles. The company also makes steel frames for windows and storage racks for use by the warehouse and distribution industry. Before the recession Hannibal had nearly 300 workers and $100 million in annual sales. It's on track to return to that revenue level, but with about 185 employees.
