A new report looks at insurance claims to identify the top vehicles when it comes to personal injury claims. Here are the riskiest rides, according to the Highway Loss Data Institute.

No. 1: Yaris. Trade for a Porsche?( Toyota )
Don't get in a traffic accident in a Toyota Yaris. It has a higher rate of personal injury claims than any other auto, according to the Highway Loss Data Institute. The research arm of the insurance industry said Yaris drivers or passengers filed personal injury claims 28.5 times for every 1,000 model year 2009-2011 Yaris subcompacts insured by the industry. Compare that with the Porsche 911, which had the best rate, only 4.5 claims per 1,000 insured vehicles.
