Power comes from one of two engines that have been given modest updates. The base engine is a direct-injected, 5.0-liter V-8 engine capable of 375 horsepower and a 6.5-second zero-to-60-mph time. At the peak of the Range Rover lineup is a 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 that makes 510 horsepower and moves this SUV from zero to hero in an impressive 5.1 seconds. Both models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission with steering-wheel mounted shift paddles.
