Southern California’s most over-the-top party house, complete with a casino room and a two-story disco, is back on the market and it’s looking more outrageous than ever.
Owned by English glamour photographer Richard Franklin, the West Hollywood residence was designed as a home and photo studio but most recently has been leased out at $30,000 a month, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Even from the curb the house looks out of the ordinary. Three-foot-tall street numbers are perched atop the double-door entry.

The 6,101-square-foot contemporary, which has been a film site for reality shows, features stunning décor, a home theater with an 18-foot-by-18-foot screen, art and dance studios, a gym, a media room, a sauna, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Several rooms have ancient Egyptian themes.
A waterfall empties into the lap pool.
The property last changed hands in 1995 for $900,000, public records show.
