Henry Waxman

In a letter to Toyota co-authored with a colleague, Rep. Henry A. Waxman (D-Beverly Hills), chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said documents provided to the committee in response to a request last month "did not provide convincing substantiation" that electronics were not at fault in unintended acceleration.
