Kelsey Grammer continues his whirlwind of real estate activity, popping properties on and off the market.

The latest to rejoin the swirl is an estate in Malibu’s gated Serra Retreat community, listed at $14.995 million.

Set on 4.75 acres in the upscale enclave, the main house features a kitchen designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, a library, a home theater, four bedrooms, six bathrooms and 6,645 square feet of living space. There is a detached guesthouse, a lily pond with an 18th-century stone temple, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a nine-stall barn and a riding ring.

The property was listed in 2004 for nearly $20 million and last year at close to $17 million. Grammer bought the estate in 1998 for $4.5 million.

Malibu is not the only community where every real estate agent knows his name.

Grammer’s home in the Beverly Crest area is listed at $14.995 million.

Priced at $19.9 million in 2008, the mansion is described as modern traditional in style. The two-story house, built in 1980, features a central hall, a media room, a library, a wine cellar and a service entrance. There are seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and 10,567 square feet of living space. A swimming pool, a six-car motor court and a four-car garage complete the grounds of more than three-quarters of an acre.

Grammer, 58, won four Emmys for his lead role in “Frasier” (1993-2004), a “Cheers” spin-off, and another in 2006 for voice work as Sideshow Bob on “The Simpsons.” More recently he has been executive producer of “Medium” and starred in the political drama “Boss.” He and his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh, were married two years ago.

Public records show he bought the property in 2007 for $13.7 million.

Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker’s Malibu West office and Christopher Dyson of Keller Williams in Hollywood Hills have the Malibu listing. Linda May of Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills North office and Dyson are listing agents for the Beverly Crest area house.
