Four homes designed by the late architect Paul R. Williams, popular with generations of celebrities, are listed for sale in the Combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service.

From least to most expensive:

  • A traditional-style home in Hancock Park is priced at $3.6 million. Built in 1931, the well-maintained house has been restored. Rooms include a large entry foyer, paneled living room, formal dining room, family room, garden loggia, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Greg Moesser of Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent for the house;
  • An English-style home in La Canada Flintridge is up for sale at $6.89 million. Set on 1.74 acres, the home includes a sun porch, window seats and leaded-glass windows. There are six bedrooms, six bathrooms and 7,906 square feet of living space. Steve Hayashi and Sandra Kao Yap of Coldwell Banker George have the listing;
  • An East Coast-inspired house in Hollywood Hills West is listed at $7.995 million. Built in 1966, the 3,750-square-foot home features a center hall, library, a covered patio, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Kurt Rappaport and Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency are the listing agents;
  • A Connecticut/Hampton-style residence is being marketed in the 90210 ZIP Code at $25.58 million. The 1941 two-story sits on 1.4 acres and has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Joyce Rey and Marie-France Salaun, both with Coldwell Banker, have the listing.
