Adam Pally of ‘The Mindy Project’ lists Fairfax home
Adam Pally and his wife, Daniella Liben, have listed their home in the Fairfax area at $1.699 million.
The Spanish-style house, built in 1927, features such period details as arches, Spanish tile and nooks. The 2,428 square feet of living space includes a fireplace, an office, dining and breakfast rooms, three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.
French doors open to an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool with a spa.
Pally, 31, joined the cast of “The Mindy Project” this year and was on “Happy Ending” from 2011 until its cancellation this summer.
The property was purchased in 2011 for $1.36 million, public records show.
