Alex Meneses, whose credits include everything from “Everybody Loves Raymond” to “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas,” is hoping for a big return in Encino. The actress has put her Cape Cod-inspired Traditional home on the market for $4.499 million.

The newly built spread sits on a roughly half-acre lot that previously held a 1940s ranch-style house. Records show the Meneses bought the property three years ago for $1.91 million, and the six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom house was completed last year.

Set behind gates in the Rancho Estates neighborhood, the 6,000-square-foot home is approached by a brick driveway.

A two-story foyer with a staircase sits just beyond the red-hued front door, and dark hardwood floors lead into a living room, family room and dining area. Ribboned marble countertops stand out in the chef’s kitchen, which features two islands.

Upstairs, the master suite features crown molding, a massive walk-in closet and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony. An attached guesthouse provides another bedroom.

Outside, the grounds include a swimming pool and spa, a covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. Lawns and a playground round out the outdoor space.

Howie Nicoll of Keller Williams Beverly Hills holds the listing.

Meneses, 52, found her footing in the acting industry when she appeared in the first season of “Sherman Oaks” in 1995. More recently, she has appeared in NBC’s “Telenovela” and the CW’s “Jane the Virgin.”
