Allison Adler sells her home in Beverly Crest area
Allison Adler, who co-created the sitcom “The New Normal” with Ryan Murphy, sold her house in the Beverly Crest area for $1.825 million.
The 1960s Midcentury Modern-style home, set on close to a quarter acre near the end of a cul-de-sac, has an open plan with walls of glass and vaulted ceilings. The living room centers on the home’s original travertine fireplace.
The nearly 2,500 square feet of space also contains a built-in breakfast nook, a bonus media/family room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The newly landscaped backyard has a glass-walled swimming pool and a spa.
Adler, 46, has scores of producing credits from shows including “Glee,” “No Ordinary Family” and “Chuck.”
She bought the property three years ago for $1.475 million, public records show.
Zach Goldsmith of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate handled the transaction.
