Amy Smart and Carter Oosterhouse made quick work of selling their place in Hermosa Beach and got their asking price of $1.5 million.

The free-standing town house, which came on the market last month, has ocean views from its corner perch and sits a couple of blocks from the beach.

The town house, which was built in the mid-’70s and had been leased out, was offered furnished. There are vaulted ceilings and an upgraded kitchen with quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are within the 1,617 square feet of living space.

Oosterhouse, 37, gained fame as the hunky carpenter on “Trading Spaces” from 2004 to 2007. He has since hosted home-related shows including “Million Dollar Rooms.”

He bought the property in 2005 for $1 million, public records show.
