Santa Ynez wine country villa was once owned by actress Cheryl Ladd is for sale
An estate once owned by actress Cheryl Ladd is for sale in the Santa Ynez wine country for $3.995 million.
That’s the same price the “Charlie’s Angels” actress was asking three years ago. She sold in 2013 for $3.6 million.
The 22.5-acre estate centers on an Italian-style villa that sits off a circular motor court. The low slung house features stone fireplaces, beamed and paneled ceilings and a covered colonnade loggia.
A large foyer, a sunken living room, a family room, a wet bar, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two powder rooms are within 6,040 square feet of living space. The house, built in 1992, is designed for entertaining and to accommodate large-scale events.
Views take in the Santa Ynez Valley. There’s an attached four-car garage.
Ladd, 64, was on the popular “Charlie’s Angels” television show from 1977 to 1981. This year she can be seen on the series “American Crime Story” and is working on the thriller “Unforgettable” and the drama “Camera Store.”
