It’s out with the old and in with the new for Cuonzo Martin. The recently hired head coach of the California Golden Bears men’s basketball team has listed his home in Knoxville, Tenn., for sale at $874,900.

The home, built in 2007, is sited on a grassy corner lot in the affluent suburb of Sequoyah Hills. Lined in hardwood and stone flooring, the nearly 5,000 square feet of living space includes a living room with a fireplace, a great room with a wet bar, a home theater, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Outdoors, a lofted patio is found off of the main level. Below it, a finished walkout opens onto an outdoor dining room and stone fire pit.

Martin, 42, left the Tennessee Volunteers men’s basketball program, where he had served as head coach for the last three years, to take over the Golden Bears in April. He succeeds Mike Montgomery, who announced his retirement in early April following six seasons at California.

Property records show that Martin and his wife, Roberta, paid $767,000 for the home in June 2011 -- exactly three months after he was hired as head coach at Tennessee. Debaran Hughes of Realty Executives Associates is the listing agent.
