Ed Weinberger and Carlene Watkins sell gated estate to Heidi Klum

The 11,600-square-foot mansion, set on 5 acres in the Stone Ridge community, was sold by “Cosby Show” writer Ed Weinberger and his wife, Carlene Watkins, for $9.875 million. The new owner is Heidi Klum.
