The onetime estate of the late TV actress Eva Gabor, who co-starred in the 1960s sitcom “Green Acres,” is back up for sale in Holmby Hills at $12.95 million.

Actors Frank Sinatra, Mia Farrow, Audrey Hepburn, Anita Louise and David Niven are among the Hollywood notables who called the Southern Colonial home at different times.

Designed by architect-to-the-stars Paul Williams in 1938, the two-story Traditional house sits on more than an acre fronted by a brick motor court. Columns, a two-story portico, an ornate frontispiece above the front door, shutters and flower boxes enhance the white brick facade.

The 6,797 square feet of living space include living and family rooms with fireplaces, a formal dining room, a library/screening room, a bar, an office, six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

There’s a caretaker’s cottage, a greenhouse and a detached office. A pool house with a kitchen and sauna sits off the swimming pool. The tennis court has a viewing deck.

Rose gardens and mature trees complete grounds.

Gabor lived in the house for nearly 20 years until her death in 1995 at 76. Her voice work included “The Rescuers Down Under” (1990) and “The AristoCats” (1970).

The estate was listed last year at $16.95 million.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
