Gianni Nunnari is ready to part with Malibu home once owned by Bruce Willis

Talk about a scene right out of Hollywood: An oceanfront home owned by “300” film producer Gianni Nunnari and, before him, actor Bruce Willis, has come on the market in Malibu for $13.495 million.

Built in 1988, the multilevel contemporary in a guard-gated community features expansive ocean views through wood-framed walls of glass, abundant outdoor entertainment space and a sprawling 4,640 square feet of breezy interiors.

Entered through a walled courtyard, the home with an unbridled floor plan has a living room with a fireplace that flows seamlessly into a formal dining area. A chef’s kitchen with a long center island sits off the dining room.

On another level, there’s a gym with a glass-enclosed sauna. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the ocean. There are five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in all.

A wide terrace balcony with glass partitions overlooks 50 feet of beach frontage.

Myra Nourmand and Nicole Contreras of Nourmand & Associates hold the listing.

The 56-year-old Nunnari is the founder and chief executive of Hollywood Gang Productions. Among the Italian film producer’s credits is “Se7en” (1995), “The Departed” (2006) and “Shutter Island” (2010).

He bought the property two years ago for $7.84 million, records show. Last year, he sold his home in Brentwood for $3.85 million.

Willis bought the house in 1999 for $4 million and sold it more than a decade ago for $7.795 million.
