Hank Azaria has re-listed his house in the Beverly Hills area for sale at $3.25 million.

The two-story house, built in 1999, takes its design cues from Prairie School architecture, which emphasizes horizontal lines, eaves and handcrafted details.

The 3,320 square feet of interiors contain living, family and dining rooms, a library/study, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The living room, den and master bedroom have fireplaces.

Balconies and a lanai extend the living space outdoors.

The single-story house is set behind gates on close to a half-acre in a canyon area. The wooded grounds include a stream, a lawn and a swimming pool.

Azaria, 50, has performed since 1989 as numerous “Simpsons” voices, including barkeep Moe Szyslak, Kwik-E-Mart owner Apu Nahasapeemapetilon and Chief Wiggum.

He bought the property in 2000 for $2 million and listed it for sale in the fall at $3.5 million. The house was leased out five years ago at $9,000 a month.

Victoria Massengale of Keller Williams and Susan Smith of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, are the listing agents.
