Hilton Schlosberg, president of the Corona-based Monster Beverage Corp., has listed a home in Irvine for sale at $2.798 million.
The traditional-style residence, built in 1995, occupies a corner lot of about a third of an acre in the guard-gated Turtle Rock Summit community. The 4,025-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and three fireplaces across two stories.
Formal interiors replete in stone, marble and hardwood finishes feature a double-height living room with a fireplace. Other spaces include a center-island kitchen, a formal dining room and a master suite complete with a fireplace.
Sliding doors open to landscaped grounds containing an entertainer’s patio, a barbecue island and an assortment of fruit trees.
Schlosberg purchased the home in 1995 for $725,000, records show. He owns multiple properties across the Southland.
Pegi Dirienzo of Teles Properties is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Schlosberg, 61, has served as president and secretary for the beverage company known for its energy drinks for more than two decades. In August, Monster Beverage Co. agreed to sell a 16.7% stake to Coca-Cola Co. for $2.15 billion.
