Jason Priestley, known for playing Brandon Walsh on “Beverly Hills, 90210” in the 1990s, has sold his walled and gated home in Toluca Lake for $2 million.

Flagstone walkways lead to the front of the Mediterranean-style house, which has arched windows and garage doors. Double doors open to an airy two-story foyer with a staircase in the 3,266-square-foot home, which was built in 1990 and since refurbished.

The elegant house has living, dining and family rooms, a loft and a kitchen with an island and breakfast area. There are three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a stone fireplace and a wooden cathedral ceiling.

Priestley, 44, has starred on the Canadian sitcom “Call Me Fitz” since 2010. His acting credits include the films “The Last Rites of Ransom Pride” (2010), “Love and Death on Long Island” (1997) and “Tombstone” (1993). He also has directed for television and the Web. A racing enthusiast, he has driven cars, commentated and co-owned teams.

He bought the property in 2007 for $2.14 million, according to Trulia, which first spotted the sale.

Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group handled the transaction.
