Jim Cleamons, a former Lakers assistant coach, has sold a home in Manhattan Beach for $2.6 million.

The deal was completed this summer outside of the Multiple Listing Service, but records from the time of purchase describe the house as Mediterranean in style with five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 4,951 square feet of living space. Features include an arched front door, high ceilings, a stone patio with a fireplace and a four-car garage.

Cleamons, 64, was hired this month as an assistant coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. He was a member of the Lakers’ 1971-72 championship squad that included Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West and Pat Riley. A first-round draft pick from Ohio State, he played point guard.

The property was purchased new in 2008 for $2.55 million.
