J.J. Redick is hoping his scoring touch translates to the real estate game.

The L.A. Clippers guard, who has had a hot hand during the team’s recent four-game winning streak, has listed his mansion-estate in Austin, Texas, for sale at $6.9 million -- nearly double what the home sold for in 2012.

Set behind a gated drive on more than an acre, the Tuscan-inspired home is entered through a grand foyer with arched ceilings and doorways and checkerboard stone flooring. Elaborate chandeliers, exposed beams and textured ceiling and wall treatments are a common theme throughout the 9,479 square feet of living space, which has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.

Among amenities is a center-island kitchen, a dining room with a brick herringbone ceiling, a brick-lined wine cellar and a wood-paneled office. A media room, lined with a slatted wood finish, features four flat-screen televisions, a drop-down movie screen and a wet bar.

Outdoors, stone columns flank an outdoor living room complete with a wall fireplace and another flat-screen TV. Elsewhere, a large entertainer’s space and a covered patio with kitchen and wet bar overlook an infinity-edge pool and spa with dual waterfall features and custom lighting.

Property records show that the home most recently sold in 2012 for $3.8 million. Cord Shiflet of Moreland Properties is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Redick, 30, is averaging 15.8 points per game while shooting a career-best 42.8% from beyond the arc for the Clippers this season. The former Duke standout previously played for the Milwaukee Bucks and the Orlando Magic, who selected him 11th overall in the 2006 draft.
