Natasha Henstridge sells home in Sherman Oaks

Natasha Henstridge, the model-turned-actress of “Species” films fame, has sold her down-to-earth home in Sherman Oaks for $1.65 million.

The contemporary house, built in 1961, is entered through a double door and sits on less than one-quarter of an acre.

The 3,476 square feet of living space include a foyer, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, expansive windows, a den, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. French doors open to the backyard and patio space.

Henstridge, 39, has been on the series “Republic of Doyle” and in the family adventure film “Against the Wild” this year. She has been in the television series “The Secret Circle” (2011-12), “Time Jumper” (2009-10) and “Eli Stone” (2008-09). Last year Henstridge was in the TV movies “A Sister’s Nightmare” and “Cold Spring.”

She bought the property with singer-songwriter Darius Campbell for $1.3 million in 2011, public records show. The couple filed for divorce last year.

Matt Epstein of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was the listing agent. Nima Tehrany of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
