Former Major League Baseball player Paul Konerko is ready to play ball for his home in Olde Del Mar, listing the ocean-view contemporary for sale at $6.9 million.
Built in 2010, the custom house circles the bases with a number of standout features: bi-folding walls of glass, a game room/theater and lower-level lounge with a 1,000-bottle wine cellar and a wet bar.

Konerko, 40, broke into the big leagues with the Dodgers in 1997, but was dealt to the Reds the following season in a package for pitcher Jeff Shaw. That same year, the slugging first baseman was traded again, this time to the White Sox, where he earned six all-star nods and a World Series title in 16 seasons.
He retired in 2014 with 439 home runs.
