Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has pulled off a bit of misdirection outside of the Multiple Listing Service, selling his home in Hunts Point, Wash., off-market for $6.1 million.

The deed of sale was recorded into King County records on Thursday, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. Carroll and his wife, Glena, paid $5.9 million for the property in May of last year.

The lakefront home, built in Traditional style in 1999, has 75 feet of waterfront with a deep moorage dock, a sandy beach and wide views of Lake Washington.

Within the 3,860-square-foot floor plan is a double-height living room, a country-style kitchen with a center island, a formal dining room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and delicate wainscoting highlight the interior details.

Elsewhere on the property is a detached guest suite and a heated patio. Mature trees and formal gardens complete the quarter-acre grounds.

Carroll, 63, has led Seattle to back-to-back Super Bowls, winning one, and an overall record of 50-30 in five seasons. His current contract with the Seahawks runs through the 2016 season.

The former USC Trojans head coach still maintains a strong real estate presence in Southern California. Among his holdings is a 3,901-square-foot home in Rolling Hills and an ocean-facing property in Hermosa Beach. Carroll also stakes claim to a 1,200-square-foot bungalow on the North Shore of Oahu that he purchased in 2002 for $1.25 million.
