Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Pink and her husband, retired motorcycle racer Carey Hart, have sold their home in a gated Malibu community for $12.5 million.

Sitting on more than an acre in the Point Dume area, the Balinese-inspired estate includes a main house, a guest house and a lawn-surrounded swimming pool and spa. A private pathway leads away from the property to the beach.

A koi pond entry with a floating-style walkway and ornate double doors set the stage for the 7,450-square-foot house, which has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

A step-down great room and dining area, an office/den and a den/media room are among the living spaces. A chef’s kitchen sports two islands and a stone fireplace. Folding glass doors and high ceilings bring natural light and ocean breezes into the laid-back interiors.

Outdoors, tropical landscaping surrounds various sitting areas and patios. The garage has room for five cars.

Pink, 37, has released six studio albums including the 2003 record “Try This,” which won a Grammy for best female rock vocal performance. Two years ago she released the folk album “rose ave.” as part of the You+Me duo with singer-songwriter Dallas Green.

Hart, 41, gained fame competing in the AMA supercross circuit. He has won multiple medals at various X Games and Gravity Games events.

The couple bought the house six years ago for $11.85 million, records show.

Lily Harfouche of Compass was the listing agent. Shen Schulz and Jordan Wright of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
