Songwriter Allan Dennis Rich has listed a condominium in the Hancock Park area at $699,000.

Described as “New York Central Park” in style, the contemporary open-plan unit is in a 1960s postmodern complex. The designer-decorated one-story unit features a frosted-glass retractable wall, high ceilings, espresso-finish hardwood floors, a terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and more than 1,900 square feet of interior space.

Rich has worked on film soundtracks including “The Other Guys” (2010), “Runaway Bride” (2009) and “The Bodyguard” (1992). He has written hits for Natalie Cole, James Ingram and Whitney Houston, among others.

Public records show he bought the property in 2006 for $590,000.

Laurent Louvet and Donald Wight of Keller Williams Realty’s Beverly Hills office are the listing agents.
