Developer Mohamed Hadid lists Le Palais at $58 million
International developer Mohamed Hadid is putting a newly built estate in Beverly Hills on the market this month at $58 million.
The 48,000-square-foot Le Palais sits on 1.09 acres near the Beverly Hills Hotel. The French chateau-style residence has a limestone exterior and contemporary interiors. Three floors include seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Three additional bathrooms are in the outdoor areas.
Over 30 years, Hadid has developed Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Washington, New York and Houston, commercial projects and luxury homes in Aspen and Beverly Hills. He has appeared on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
