Director and producer Randall Zisk and his wife, actress Brooke Langton, have sold their Sherman Oaks property for $2.1 million.
The "old Hollywood"-style traditional sits on 1.3 acres with a detached guesthouse/screening room, a storage and laundry building, a saltwater swimming pool and fruit trees.
The main house, built in 1941, contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms for a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 4,474 square feet in the compound.
Zisk was an executive producer and director for the medical drama "Off the Map" (2011). He also produced and directed "Monk" (2003-09).
Langton has had recurring roles on "Life" (2007-08), "Friday Night Lights" (2007-08) and "Melrose Place" (1996-98).
Public records show they bought the property in 2008 for $2.6 million.
Rick Chimienti of Prudential in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Karen Feinstein-Michiel of Prudential California Realty represented the buyer.
